For Venture Partners

Build the venue. Run the platform. Split the upside.

LEVELS partners with venues, hardware vendors, infrastructure providers, leagues, and sponsors to make multi-axis live streaming a category — not a single product.

VENUE FRANCHISE

Self-funding, recurring split

A venue licenses LEVELS, self-funds the camera grid and ingest, and runs its own Clean Zone. We provide the white-label software, AI director, and on-chain rails. Recurring revenue split — zero CapEx growth from LEVELS.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Multi-IaaS by construction

Every layer is interface-abstracted with a documented 30-day exit path to a second provider. Hardware partners (Panasonic, Canon, BirdDog, PTZOptics, Bolin, Haivision, LiveU) and infrastructure partners (AWS MediaLive, Cloudflare Stream, LiveKit, Privy, Vertex AI, NVIDIA NVENC) plug in cleanly.

COMMERCIAL

Leagues, sponsors, data

B2B2C white-label for league rights holders. Sponsor slots gated by Clean Zone legal wedge. First-party heatmaps available for sportsbook + brand intelligence licensing.

§01

Hardware roster — what we ship in

Camera tier: Panasonic AW-UE160 (4K/60p flagship PTZ), Canon CR-N700, BirdDog P4K, PTZOptics Move 4K. Bolin entry-level slots cover budget franchises.

Encoders: Haivision Makito X4 and LiveU LU800 for cellular-bonded uplink in venues without fiber. NVIDIA NVENC stacks handle on-prem transcoding at the edge.

For partners: bring your hardware certified for our director-protocol API and we add it to the supported roster within 60 days. The integration spec is open.

We do not pick winners in hardware — we pick interfaces. Bring a clean SDK and you ship.
§02

Infrastructure roster — and the exit path for each

Live origin: AWS MediaLive primary; Cloudflare Stream secondary. Either can carry the production load alone within 30 days.

Realtime + chat: LiveKit primary; Twilio Live and Agora as documented swap targets.

Identity + wallet: Privy primary; Web3Auth as swap target. Wallet keys are user-custodied, not vendor-custodied — exit costs are user-side, not platform-side.

AI director: Vertex AI Gemini primary; Anthropic Claude and OpenAI as fallback in the same provider chain (used in production for L3V3L). Open-weight (Llama, Qwen) is a documented exit lane.

On-chain: Base for the reward graph; Polygon and Solana documented as alternates for the same reward primitives.

§03

League and rights — the B2B2C wedge

For league rights holders: LEVELS is white-label by design. Run it under your brand, with your director cuts, your sponsors, and your data — we provide the rails and the AI assist.

Clean Zone legal wedge protects the rights envelope: inside a venue we operate or license, the cameras and the angles are ours to deploy. Outside, you stay in control of broadcast rights.

Sponsor pipeline: escrow + reward facilitation fees are standard. Sponsor slots are tier-graded (full-stage takeover, sponsor-of-the-moment, persistent banner) with first-party attribution back to the heatmap.

§04

Data licensing

Anonymized first-party heatmaps are licensable for sportsbook intelligence, brand attention measurement, and venue ops optimization. Rights are clearly carved in the venue + creator agreements upstream.

The data is interesting precisely because it is venue-anchored. We know which seat watched which angle for how long — there is no comparable dataset in live sports today.

Frequently asked

How does the venue franchise work financially?
You self-fund the camera grid, encoders, and on-prem ingest. LEVELS provides the software, AI director, and on-chain rails. Recurring revenue is split per the franchise agreement — typical band is 60/40 in the venue’s favor on local sponsorship and 50/50 on platform-wide reward graph.
How long does hardware integration take?
60 days from receipt of a clean SDK against our director-protocol API to certified roster status.
Is the platform locked to one cloud?
No. Every layer has a documented 30-day exit path to a second provider. Full map in the Sovereignty Evaluation Addendum.
Who owns the data?
Venue and creators upstream. LEVELS holds an analytics license; licensable derivatives (heatmaps for sportsbook / brand) are revenue-shared with the data owners.
